YCH Lion Icon Commisions

Welcome to my art shop! I'm a New Zealand artist and illustrator with a passion for wildlife, competing in sports and being creative.
I am currently accepting YCH lion/lioness headshot icon commissions.
Your character will be digitally painted onto one of the two available bases shown on the left: the maneless base (top) or the maned base (bottom).

EXAMPLES:

BASIC YCH: $20 USD

Your character painted on either the maned or maneless base, backdropped against the simple tan background (as seen in the image to the left).
Your account number will be included on the bottom corner of the icon.

The image will be the standard icon size of 150x150 pixels.
Decors are not included in the basic YCH, they are an add on. See below for more information on these.

DECOR ADD ON: +$3.50-$5 USD PER ITEM

For an additional cost, your character's decors to be painted onto your icon. Each item will be individually lined, coloured and shaded.
Simple Decor: +$3.50 USD per decor item.

Simple decors include bodypaint, feathers, scars, individual flowers and other small items. Complex and more time-consuming decors are items such as fur and feather bodywear, meteorite shards, pearl and flower ornaments and rabbit cloaks.

For an additional $3 USD, you can replace the simple tan background that comes with the Basic YCH with one of two vibrant background options:
the Snowy Nights background (top left)
Lush Grasslands background (bottom left)

Mutations:

For no additional cost, certain lion mutations can be commissioned. These are achromia, maneless, eyeless, melanism, overgrown teeth, overgrown tongue, primal fangs, piebald/patches and blind eyes.
Leopons and Tigons will be done on the maneless base. Dwarfs will be done on the standard maned or maneless base as per normal.
Primals can also be done, however, the basic lineart will not be edited to fit them other than to add primal fangs.
Lions/lionesses which have mutations such as polycaudal can be done becuase the mutation won't be visible in a headshot.

VIOLATING THE BELOW TERMS WILL TERMINATE THE TRANSACTION BETWEEN THE CLIENT AND ARTIST

PLEASE READ THROUGH CAREFULLY BEFORE COMMISIONING

The artist may refuse a commission for any reason, such as if the character features major gore or explicit content.
Payment must be made in USD through Paypal.
Full payment will be required upfront. Your commission will only be started once this has been received.
There will be no refunds on commissions.
When ordering your commission, fill out the commission form provided on the thread.
The estimated wait time will be up to one week from the time that payment has been received. In the event of a delay, the client will be contacted and updated on progress.
There may be minor simplifications or variations to the character design, however, these will be kept to a minimum.
Commissions may be used for the client's personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes such as for NFTs, reselling or reproducing. Commissions cannot be claimed as your own work or be altered in any way. This is considered copyright infringement and legal action may be taken.
The artist retains the right to the produced artwork. It is within the rights of the artist to: use the artwork for promotion on any platform, present the artwork as a sample or portfolio piece to other individuals or groups, and to use it for personal non-commercial purposes only.
